Tuna and Vegetable Terrine |

200g tin of tuna
3 eggs
200g full fat soft cheese (Philadelphia for example)
125g of cooked carrots
125g of cooked spinach (A large bag from the chiller gives enough)
salt and pepper
paprika (optional)

 Hot Cross Buns
When I was a child we ate hot cross buns (always home made) on one day
of the year only – Good Friday. This is a good discipline if you like
in tradition and ritual, but not so good if you like spiced buns.
These days you can buy these buns from the supermarket all year round.
So should hot cross buns be eaten only on Good Friday?
