Holy Trinity

Church from South Street

Holy Trinity is located on South Street, just to the south of the Town Centre. It is on the West side of the road, the same side as the Post Office which is only about 20 metres  away. Across the road from the Church is Bishop's Stortford's Kwik-Fit garage. Post code for SatNav is CM23 3BQ.

Bishop's Stortford has good road links and is accessible from M11 Junction 8 (along with Stansted Airport).  For Holy Trinity follow the sign posts for the town centre by taking the first left at the first roundabout and then following the road. Parking is limited around the Church itself. South Street has both double and single yellow lines, though the single yellow lines are not in operation during evenings and Sundays. This provides limitted parking but we would recommend using a car park. The closest car park is the railway station which is marked on the Google map linked below.

Travelling by Train 

Bishop's Stortford railway station is located only a 7 minute walk from the Church. The station is on the London Liverpool Street to Cambridge line, which also serves Stansted Airport. Trains from Liverpool Street run frequently with a transit time of around 45 minutes.

Travelling by Air 

Bishop's Stortford is only 5 km (3 miles) from Stansted Airport. A frequent train service runs from Stansted Airport to Bishop's Stortford with a transit time of 5 minutes.
